Honesty is Always the Best Policy!

This poor review is based on the fact that when they were here cleaning my furnace they damaged a pedestal oscillating fan and then refused to acknowledge they had broken it when I called them today. It is now garbage as the pedestal is broken and cannot be repaired. I wasn't looking for any monetary compensation, only a "sorry it was an accident" and we forgot to mention it. We all understand that accidents happen but to not say anything is very LOW.
