Never ever order food from this place. I haven’t seen such unprofessional people like them before. Firstly they talk very rude to you and if you ask them to deliver to a specific community, they won’t deliver saying “they don’t deliver in that community” even though I have already gotten food delivered from them in my community before. And now all of a sudden they are saying that they don’t deliver. Food is always cold and late. I recently spoke to the manager and he hung up on me.
If you’re not ordering a lot and they’re busy, don’t expect to be accommodated nicely. Went there just a few minutes ago and asked the girl in the counter if she can please check if they have 2 pieces of chicken available. Girl gave me a deadpan stare and said she can’t check because they’re busy... All she needed to do was turn around and ask but no...they’re busy so she can’t even ask. There wasn’t even any customer after me.
Terrible service, ordered food an hour plus ago and the food has not been delivered yet. They mentioned it will take anywhere from 45 mins to an hour. We are almost at an hour and 20 mins. Had to call twice already and they will not do anything and blame it on delievery company. We just cancelled our order and will never order from there again. Ridiculous!
Go here if you want to be insulted. The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful! We went there with a Buy 1 Get 1 free pizza coupon which he refused to accept and threw us out of the line. And then spent 15 minutes trying to make us look like fools! And then they gave us the wrong pizza because the cashier got the order wrong! They need to get customer service training and learn some manners. Avoid at all costs. There are much better fried chicken and pizza places out there.
