Wasted 2 hours even though I had appointments ! 2 prescriptions totally useless for $148.00...and lies to justify not reimbursing me Waited until I got back to Switzerland to obtain a correct prescription. If you require an eye test I would strongly suggest that you go elsewhere

The front staff mixed up my sons contact lens prescription several times, each time sending him home to try it, he complained about not being able to see out of one eye and the snotty front staff told him he just has to get use to it. He's only been wearing contact lenses for 13 years. After months of complaining I demanded that we get our eyes re examined by a different dr and now he finally has the right prescription. This place needs to hire a better front end crew.
