Rexall

Went to pharmacy today to get a medicine that was previously prescribed to me. Pharmacist told me she cant see other rexal’s system so cant give me medicine. She said she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing medicine that was a common nasal spray. Never had a pharmacist in my life this bad who refused service coz she doesn’t “feel comfortable” prescribing already prescribed medicine. Why are you a pharmacist if you cant do right by patients especially when they really need you?

Closed early. I wasn’t able to pick up my mail.

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service at the post office today. I missed the post man today. My medicine package was sitting there just not input into the system. The girl was not willing to help me receive my medicine . Instead I was told to come back tomorrow. I always have problems at this post office. Really disappointed

I've noticed a drastic improvement in their customer service ...in hindsight I can only assume that the grouchy pharmacist was understaffed and overworked. Its been exceptional customer service for quite some time now, and I recommend this pharmacy without hesitation!

The pharmacists are very rude. I've spoken to them both in person and on the phone and it's always a disappointing conversation. Maybe get some people skills and customer service training!
