We have used Mollies Stationary store for many years, since 2004, and they have always been very friendly and in fact, often greet you when you come into the store. They are quite attentive, and often hold my mail even when it overflows my PO Box. Service is often above and beyond. Sometimes, when the store is quite busy, they still manage to be very accommodating to the customers.

Kudos to the guys at Cartridge World today! Their selfless service today really blew me away. I walked in ready to buy two cartridge refills. They tested both of the old cartridges, and one of them was still full!. Then they asked me how long the used cartridge had lasted, and convinced me that I didn't need to buy a spare one at all. So they convinced me to walk out without paying a cent! Unbelievable customer service! So great!

I had my wedding invitations, save-the-date, and day-of items done by paper poet. I went with a letterpress gold-foil. They did a very cool job of creating a "family crest" combining my and my husbands actual family crests.
They were very accommodating with several changes due to COVID delays, and I appreciate the understanding.

Wow been sometime since I felt good to go out and Shop (surgery and unwellness on top of COVID) Today my exp in the store was beyond excellent In the past I have been frustrated shopping due to poor customer service levels (many types of stores) but today the woman (appeared to be floor Manager) had such great humour and ability to know how to talk to me Many do not like serve older folk & I am not your typical boomer except for customer service expectation so cudos to Staples Chilliwack!!!
