I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!

I was very pleased with the job done by Will and his crew. Will patiently explained how the heatpump would work and what installation would entail. He and his team were very professional in their approach, showed great respect for my home and everything was neatly done with attention to the smallest detail. I am very satisfied with the job done and confident that should I have any problems,they will be here promptly to help me out.

Very thorough job from start to finish. Had a Carrier Heat Pump put into my house and have no complaints. Harvey did a great job finding out exactly what I needed and the Tech was great to have in my house.

We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year
