This place after COVID was very much improved! The salon ladies had more experience and improve in their customer service, since I went there in 2019. The nails turned out amazing and flawless!!! They stayed on for so long and they were still shiny after 3 weeks!! So happy that this place exist!! I would definitely recommend!!!

Great pedicures... more thorough than any other nail salons I have been to in the area... great massage at the end, they even use a hot stone. Jenny is incredible and I would highly recommend her.

This is the best nail salon in Durham, I have been to a few but this one ☝️ stands alone. It’s clean, comfortable and the ladies speak English which is a high bonus.
The owner Nina does such a fabulous job on my nail, she understands how sensitive I am and she handles my hands very extreme care. My nail have never look so great.
If you’re not happy with your nail salon and your looking for a new one, well look no more I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you try this one.

Had my 6yr. Olds Birthday party here today and it was AMAZINGING!!! Tina, her daughter, her husband and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make it a fantastic day for all of the girls! Everyone had so much fun and they provided so many treats and excited for them. I will definitely be back for our next party!!! The Nail Lounge & Beauty Bar is very clean and welcoming. A great modern atmosphere. Sometimes I feel rushed when I have treatments done. Communication is a bit frustrating as well. Overall, a great place to have manicures and pedicures. Menu of services and prices that are visible to clients would be beneficial. This has been requested many times, but nothing has happened. Last thing, perhaps a television right above the manicure area with news or music videos would be a good idea.

I have been going to VN Nails for about 6 months and find them excellent. They are always polite and friendly to me. The work is quick and skilled. I usually get Nam (the male owner) and he is polite and makes sure I am satisfied with his work. I have dropped in from time to time for a repair and he never charges me. He has even held the store open for me to arrive late. The store is clean and convenient. I don't go anywhere else anymore.
