I recently went to Sleep Country looking to upgrade a twin mattress from a warehouse to a queen size mattress. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted immediately by Howard. He helped me for nearly an hour. He was patient, polite and educated me about my choice. I ended up choosing a Queen BeautyRest West Palace Mattress and a Heavenly Touch Pillow. Sleeping on this mattress is like a dream!!

amazing customer service, very knowledgeable staff. The minute you walk through the door, you are taken care of and provided with all types of info on the product you are looking for.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable and understanding of my need for environmentally friendly furniture because of my multiple chemical sensitivities. She took the time to show me various options (both in the showroom and on the computer) based on my taste, living space and physical needs, and was forthright about the quality and suitability of various brands of furniture. Prices were very reasonable and delivery was also offered - a necessity for many people.
