Ian installed and framed in a linear fireplace for us. He was always so accommodating and his workmanship was superb. He strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with his work and was very knowledgeable about fireplaces and construction details and worked very well with our other contractors to always help,us out.

Absolutely 5 star service. As a senior on my own, I really appreciated the respectful professional communications. They did everything discussed and then some. Decent tradespeople doing excellent job for a decent affordable price. And, they did an amazing cleanup. Have no problem recommending.

this place gets E FOR EFFORT and I mean it! I didnt know how to start my air conditioner, cindy called me back and answered my questions and also my thermostat was reading in Fahrenheit,i liked Celsius, jim walked me through the steps to change it----using his cell after business hours!!!!! amazing!!! thank you zed air

We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !
