Earlier in the year,Our 2 (baby boys) Chihuahuas' stayed at Kicking Horse Kennels for an overnight unexpected trip. Need I say more..... Chihuahuas'. Well let me tell you.... when I went to pick them up the next morning... tout tout touddling by me as if I had dropped them off in doggy heaven!!!! Seriously.... never have I seen my boys so happy and social in a "new" kennel. Clean facility, awesome Husband and wife team!!! Great rates. and my boys were not frantic!!!! Thank you!!!!

My dogs thought they were home and not in a boarding kennel. Clean, warm, environment and I was not charged a late fee when I phoned to tell them I was going to be late, because my flight was delayed and my plane landed late. The owner Theresa was kind and understanding. Boarding with Jones kennels was so stress free, it was wonderful.

Absolutely amazing facility. My dog actually enjoys staying here. Fantastic staff! I have a dog with health issues, and they have always been wonderful about taking care of him.

Amazing people, amazing set up and they are a joy to deal with. Our two puppies just love spending time there. I honestly cant say enough good things about this place.

This was my young cat Scarlet’s first time away from home and in a kennel but as soon as I saw how bright, clean and orderly her new, temporary home was....I stopped worrying. She was calm and happy when I picked her up a week later and I will be taking her back to Jody soon!

My two dogs have enjoyed excellent care at Perfect Place kennels for over 10 years. And the exceptional nature of client service by Steve and Val and their staff was exceeded when I broke my ankle and was unable to care for the dogs.
During my two-month recovery Steve and Val brought the dogs to visit and arranged that they be groomed. The dogs came home they were happy and healthy. They knew the kennel and enjoyed time there in the past so it wasn’t at all a problem for them.

We love barkers. We never worry about our dogs, well on vacation when they are at barkers. They are always excited to go to barkers. They also always cut my yorkie hair just how I like it! Awesome front desk always a happy pup behind the counter

I was away for 2 weeks and left my pets, 2 cats and 1 senior Labrador at Kingsfield Kennels for the first time. I was very impressed with the service and commitment from the owner and her staff. Tammy is simply amazing. I can think of no one in Kamloops I would trust my dogs with more. They were looking extremely relaxed and comfortable when I picked them up and weren't in a rush to leave. The park like setting was great for them to run and play in and I love the hammocks for them to sleep on. Couldn't ask for a better place to leave my family while I am out of the country. Keep up the good work TLC for pets.
