I've recently expanded my culinary cuisine from boring vegetarianism (what was I thinking?) to include pizza, seafood, and now alligator! The Red Piano is a total experience from the ambiance to the knowledgeable staff to the duelling pianos... I felt like I could actually be in New Orleans! I even expected someone to hand me beads but of course that didn't happen :D It's such a classy place and a wonderful date night for my and my boyfriend. I ordered the Alligator Popcorn to start which was tender, crunchy and super flavourful!! Lots of spices, lots of yummy taste! My entree was the Crab Mac & Cheese which paired quite nicely with the wine I was having. I almost passed on dessert but what fun would that have been?! So I shared the Junkfood Platter with my boyfriend and we ended up taking most of it home to the kids because there was SO much dessert! What a truly perfect evening for us! We will totally be back!

I ordered Yamaha digital piano P-45 stands online in Feb 2021 and intended the store pick up location is in Nanaimo. Somehow I did not notice the order has no store location attached in the system although the purchase did go through. When I called the store at Nanaimo two weeks later (way pass the indicated available time), Ivan answered my call and it was almost store closing time. Very impressive, sales people are extremely knowledgeable and patience, pianos here are in general much better than others at every price point. For one who is looking for a better product than the standard ones, here is the place to go.

Such a nice team at Showcase, I always feel very welcomed every time I walk through the door. These guys are the Vancouver authority regarding everything pianos, especially high-end ones like Fazioli. Ask for Manuel and hell help you find what you need.
