I have been a frequent customer at your store since it opened.
Occasionally I notice an exceptional employee (there are many) and I commend them in this space.
Today I encountered such an employee and would like to commend him to your attention. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he is a taller man maybe in his thirties and he appeared to be Persian.
He was working very hard in the yogourt section at around 6:OO PM. I approached him and commented on his hard work:a valuable employee!

They are extremely helpfu - very polite and efficient. Prescription fills are very quick. Every time I come home from this pharmacy I have remarked to my husband how impressed I am. It is also extremely clean

I have always been treated fairly in the pharmacy, drug coverage I was nor aware I had was used for prescription. I have to wait occasionally, but if I go outside of heavy traffic hours I'm OK.

I complained about the lack of cusomer service in the Pharmacy at London Drugs Byrne Rd about 9 months ago. I would like to say thank you for the much improved and quality customer service provided after that time. Thank you!!
