I believe this is the best optical store in New West! My familys eyewear needs were all taken care of. They have a great selection, even for kids too! And they did direct billing for us so less work for busy parents.

This shop has many contemporary choices in frames and reasonably cheap prices. The guy is really nice and very knowledgeable. I purchased a contact lenses from him and he measured my eyesight perfectly which other opticians failed to do.

They provide the gift of sight to the financially challenged. Before I rose above the poverty line, Lenscrafters gift of sight program for glasses when I was down and out and without a home. We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

The staff were very helpful and informative, which was great as it was my first eye appointment. They took the time to help me pick out a great pair of glasses and answered all my questions. I was there on a Saturday and got a call my glasses were ready the following Friday.
