I locked my keys in the trunk of my vehicle on Saturday July 30 around 11:30 am and called Chevy's roadside assistance. They sent me Joseph from Figliomeni and sons towing. Outstanding service and he was very friendly and professional. Being a thousand kilometers from home I would have most definitely been stranded. Thank you Joseph for a job very well done. Cory B. After reading the last 2 reviews, I must say I can see their point of view as I had the same issue MANY years ago. I bought a Prius C from them in 2015 and have been very happy with everything. Do I see areas to improve on, for sure but all around been happy with their product and service has been good. I will for sure return to buy my next PriusC when I am ready. (or something else)

Great Experience from Doug and Gene.
The new managers are awesome and they really do care. This place has come a long way. They worked out a sweet deal on a Ram 1500 for me and they knew their stuff.

Michael was very helpful with my problem as were the receptionists when I called on the status of my vehicle. My only hiccup was that Pinewood did not have my battery for my vehicle in stock and had to wait three days for the battery to arrive. Other than that very good service as my vehicle was a tow in.
