Was very impressed with this business. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Had it delivered from Penticton to our home in Oliver. They phoned the morning of delivery and gave a two hour window for delivery and they were definitely on time. The 2 gentlemen were wonderful. Very polite, efficient, and polite. If I need another appliance I would go to this store first. Free delivery and take away of old product was definitely a bonus to us.

What a great guy! Helped me check things on the phone before coming out. He made sure he had most parts that might need replacing after we spoke. Very reasonable service call and labour charges. Will call upon him again if the need arises. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!

Devon & Steve were so funny and a pleasure to deal with. Within 3 days of ordering our appliances Devon & Steve had them installed in our new home. Using a smaller company we were concerned about the delivery and damage to our floors. They brought hardboard & used floor runners throughout our home we could not have been more relieved once we started watching them work. It was truly a pleasure guys, thanks for the laughs. Sharon

We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime!

Same day service. I called in the morning about the problem. He came to the house and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part needed for the repair. He was very friendly, and easy to talk to.
