The price of the stove I bought was significantly less than retail, simply because of some very minor scuffs. The delivery men were fast efficient and friendly. So impressed!! Gord responded same day! I left messages for other companies & NO ONE responded. When you need an appliance fixed it is typically something that you need addressed asap! He not only responded but he did trouble shooting over the phone told me a couple things to try to save me a service call. He followed up and I sent him a video. My washer is scrap, he could have came and charged me for the service call. I will now be a loyal customer! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Good honest ppl do exist
