There are two main access points into and out of this lot. Both access points are located on Sherobee road.

No, there is no onsite parking office.

No, there are no accessible parking stalls onsite.

+ Is overnight parking permitted?

Yes, overnight parking is permitted.

Please note: Parking is permitted for a maximum of 24 hours.

+ Where can I pay for parking?

You have the option to pay for parking at the parking meter located on the northwest side of the parking lot, or by using the Parkedin mobile parking app.

+ Do I have to display a parking receipt on my vehicle’s dashboard when I pay for parking at the parking meter?

You do not need to display a receipt on your vehicle dashboard when you pay for parking at the parking meter. A cloud-based parking enforcement system will recognize your license plate.

+ What methods of payment are accepted?

The payment methods that are accepted vary depending on how you pay. They include:

No, there are currently no EV Charging stations available onsite.

+ Am I allowed to park in this lot for longer than 24 hours?

No, there is a 24 hour parking limit at this lot.

+ How do I confirm what parking spots are reserved for residents and which ones are for visitors?

There is signage posted at each stall in the parking lot that confirms whether it is reserved for residents or visitors.

+ Do I have to download the Parkedin app to pay for parking?

Although a mobile app option is available, you are not required to download the Parkedin mobile app to pay for parking.

Instead, you can use the app-free, scan-to-pay option, which consists of scanning a QR code from your mobile device. Depending on the parking facility, QR codes will be displayed on signage throughout the parking lot or be on the entry ticket you obtained when you entered the parking facility.

Once you scan the QR code, follow the payment prompts.

If you are paying for parking on behalf of someone and are not able to scan a QR code, visit www.parkedin.com and follow the prompts.

+ What is the Parkedin Zone ID at this parking lot?

+ Do I have to create an account to use Parkedin?

Creating an account is not required to use Parkedin. Parkedin offers Guest check-out services. When you check out as a Guest on Parkedin, your receipt will be emailed to you.

You do not need to display a receipt on your dashboard when you pay for parking on Parkedin.

Once your transaction is processed, a receipt will be emailed to you. If you have an account with the Parkedin mobile app, you can also view previous receipts in the History section of the app.

+ Will I automatically get a reminder when my paid parking session is about to expire?

Yes, a reminder will be sent to the email address provided at least 10 minutes before the parking session is about to expire. Additionally, the original email receipt of payment will have a link to extend your parking session at any time during your stay.

+ How do I scan-to-pay?

The Parkedin scan-to-pay option varies between parking facilities with gated parking systems and parking meters.

Both require you to scan either a QR code or barcode using the camera on your mobile device. To scan using the camera on your mobile device, open the camera app, hold the camera over the code and tap the link that appears. Follow the prompts.

+ How do I use the Parkedin scan-to-pay option in parking lots with parking meters or no gates?

If you pay for parking in an un-gated parking lot with parking meters, scan the QR code on the signage displayed throughout the parking lot using the camera on your mobile device. Follow the payment prompts and proceed to your destination.

Alternatively, you can visit www.parkedin.com, enter the parking lot Zone ID and follow the payment prompts.

+ Can I purchase a monthly parking permit for this parking lot?

No, monthly parking permits are not available for this parking lot.

+ The parking meter won’t accept my credit card. How do I pay for parking?

If the parking meter will not accept your credit card, you are required to pay for parking using the Parkedin mobile payment option.
