The staff are fantastic and work hard to help you find the best unit for your needs. The storage building is always clean, well lit, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I’d like to see a bathroom available in building b and c though as if you come between 7-10pm there is no bathroom. It means having to leave the facility to use a bathroom. It doesn’t offer another building on the location so there is no option. 8/10

Ernest R | Overall ExperienceSome units don’t offer elevator. It is unknown how facility come up with that arrangement to offer second floor units without a working elevator. Call and ask or check your unit before wasting your time. Store manager was helpful and provided a refund however logic of charging more for units without elevator just not right in this type of business.
