How Whimble Works
-
Client Requests Care
Whether it's a one-time need or a recurring service, clients can easily request care through our platform, specifying their unique needs and preferences.
-
Whimble Matches Client With Attendant
Using our platform, we match the client with a qualified, vetted personal care attendant based on location, availability, required skills, and client’s preferences.
-
Attendant Provides Client Care
The assigned attendant delivers personalized care to the client, ensuring their needs are met professionally and with compassion — and hopefully a bit of fun!
-
Client Provides Feedback to Whimble
After care is provided, clients and attendants give feedback to Whimble, helping us continuously improve our services and ensure user satisfaction.
We believe clients belong in the driver’s seat when it comes to their own care.
Client-Directed Care
Our platform offers personalized, client-directed care, allowing individuals to communicate their specific needs and preferences directly to their caregivers.
On-Demand Support
Whimble provides immediate, on-demand personal care for when routine support systems fail. We fill last-minute gaps, unexpected events, or planned absences.
Vetted Caregivers
We connect clients with fully vetted, professional caregivers who are experienced in providing personal care assistance. Each caregiver undergoes thorough background checks and training to ensure they are qualified to meet the specific care needs to clients.
Easy and Flexible Online Booking
Booking care with Whimble is as easy as it gets. Our user-friendly platform allows clients to request care at their convenience, whether on a repeating schedule or last minute.
