Click and collect
You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Click and collect service is available at your local IKEA store or select pick-up locations.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose ‘Click and collect’ at checkout and you will be able to select an IKEA Store or a nearby Pick-up location, operated by a third-party partner.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” email before heading to the store.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email and proceed to your selected store or Pick-up location. Pick-up processes may vary from location to location. Further direction will be communicated upon arrival.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Follow the signs directing you to park in the Click and collect loading dock located next to store exit.
Step 2: Enter through the Returns & Exchanges door and head to the Furniture pick-up desk on the left side.
Step 3: To pick-up your order at the desk, follow the directions from ”Your order is ready” email confirmation to check-in or see a co-worker at the desk with your order number.
Please let our co-worker know if you will need assistance loading your order.
