What a great experience! I've had muffler issues in the past, but when I phoned, they said to bring it in... I got there, was waved directly into a bay, and my car was put up on the lift in under a minute, started, and I was shown exactly where the problem was. 10 minutes later, I was out of there, and my car wasn't an embarrassment to me anymore! I was shocked at how fast and amazing the service was. I couldn't recommend a shop higher than this!

Quick assessment, fair pricing (better than many other places), finished faster than his estimated time, and the quality of work was excellent. Excellent and efficient service for an exhaust pipe repair. I was referred to Zoro Muffler by someone from the Honda Dealership on Stanfield Drive, and I am so grateful for the recommendation and for the honest opinion and service received. I was greeted with friendly faces in the morning (Zack & Phil and other members of the crew). Couple months ago I was told by master mechanic (Matheson & HWY 10) my entire exhaust pipe needs to be replaced and because I drive a Mitsubishi Lancer, the parts were much more expensive; hence a lofty $2000 quote was provided!!
I decided to trust my instincts and walk away. Good thing that I did and went to Zoro Muffler instead and was so surprised to hear that only a portion of my exhaust pipe required a repair and the rest of the pipe is in fairly good condition. With repairs the pipe is good for another 10 years.
It is very important to provide honest recommendations and this helps build credibility with clients and also earn their loyalty. Thank you for the service this morning on my lancer.

I came here over the weekend with an exhaust leak in my flex pipe. We had just pulled into the parking lot and my car was taken right away into the shop. The entire staff was very friendly! And to make the experience eve better, the service was so fast! We had walked up to McDonalds to grab a bite to eat while it was being repaired (we were there no longer than a half hour I'd say) and when we came back my car was waiting outside and finished! Awesome experience, thank you very much.

Ended up getting a great deal on the whole pipe section with the flex component specific to my vehicle for a great price. saved a ton of time. The staff is really helpful and very friendly. I went to Zoro Muffler on a reference from Erin Mills Acura. My converter, exhaust pipes and muffler on my 2001 EL were all in need of urgent repair. I got everything done in 45 minutes at significantly lower price than Acura. Great work and many thanks to both the front end guy and the awesome technician.

I brought in my car, the muffler had holes in it and needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes or so the old muffler was out and the new one was installed along with new hangers. Nice guys, great service, great price. I will be back for sure.
