As a Primary Care Network (PCN), our programs and services are designed to help our members — doctors who join our PCN — meet the health needs of their patients at no cost to doctor or patient.

See a doctor
Primary Care Centre
The Access Appointment Service at our clinic, the Primary Care Centre, offers referral-based appointments for:
- Our members’ patients who need medical care within 24 hours but are unable to see their doctor
- People without a family doctor within our PCN’s region
Available 365 days a year by referral and appointment only, its hours of operation are 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
If your doctor is a member of our PCN and unable to see you, they can refer you to the Access Appointment Service. If you don’t have a family doctor and need an appointment, please call Health Link at 811, and if appropriate, they will refer you to this service.
