I’m retired now from broadcasting Flames games on radio, but the hearing aids prescribed for me by the friendly, thoroughly proficient staff at The Hearing Loss Clinic are still helping when I’m watching games and listening to games on television. With my current over-the-ear hearing aids I can hear the player’s skating strides, the puck hitting the player’s stick plus crowd noise is much clearer. When Milan Lucic gets the puck at the Saddledome I can hear clearly the “Looch, Looch” roar from the crowd. In the past it sounded more like “Boo, Boo”. When I’m at games in the Dome despite the noise of the crowd I can engage clearly in conversations with people I’m sitting nearby.
