Life After Suicide Loss (LASL) Spring Registration Now Open

Our next LASL Workshops are now open for registration. Kings County will run for 8 weeks from 6-8pm at 572 Main Street, Montague, starting Monday, March 31st. Queens County will run for 8 weeks from 6-8pm at 203 Fitzroy Street, Charlottetown, starting Tuesday, May 6th. Space is limited and registration is required. Registrations and inquiries can be sent to lasl@cmha.pe.ca

Training Opportunities

Find upcoming Mental Health First Aid and ASIST Training dates, locations and times. Pre-registration and payment are required for these training workshops. These training sessions are critical resources within Island communities. They serve to educate individuals, groups, and organizations about different mental health conditions, and to teach life saving skills to navigate situations related to those at risk of suicide.

Peer Support

Peer support is the process of disclosing personal lived experience and recovery history to provide support, guidance, and inspire hope for others experiencing similar situations with their mental health. One-on-one and Group services are availabe through Peer Support Programming. Find a service that works for you and your mental health journey.
