Worst place I have ever been and the manager was so rude when I complained about not being happy with my service to the point where he made me cry. I left there in years with my hair ruined. And not to mention it cost 170$. And she didn't even style it nice. They did nothing to help me. It was the worst experience of salon service I have ever received. She also left dye all over my forehead and neck. And the manager Dustin did nothing to help fix the problem.

Worst hairdresser I have ever had. She cut my hair way shorter than I asked and did not cut it evenly, it is shorter in the front than in the back. I asked for a small amount of layers and she made huge layers that were extremely choppy. AVOID.

I've been going to Regis for 2 years, and I've had nothing but great experiences with the 2 different stylists I've had there. I always love my cuts, and all the colouring I've had has been fantastic! The stylists are so nice and I love my regular stylist there - she's the best :)

I will NEVER return here again! I asked to be taken to a light blonde and paid about 270$ to do so. I bought and used all appropriate products to maintain this colour. Less than a week later my hair turned GREEN!!!! I contacted the salon, and was then charged another 60$ to have this corrected! The end result? I have yellow hair and have to go somewhere else! I am absolutely appalled and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE!!!!! =( =(

Worst hairdresser ever!! seriously this chick kept insulting my hair the whole time. I didn't feel comfortable at all. I understand your job is hard but there is a huge difference between having knowledge and using that knowledge to help and to use that knowledge to abuse.
