    I sent my 68 year...

    I sent my 68 year old father here. My Dad made it very clear he needed a device compatible with Mac. I was out of country so I couldn't help him. When I got home I discovered the product was only for windows. When I brought the product back they tried to convince me that it would work even though the customer support said it wouldn't. The manager was unfriendly, he admitted his staff made a mistake but would not return the product.

    Prices are amazin...

    Prices are amazing, and they'll match local prices, so there's really no reason to pay duty and shipping and wait for online orders if you can just pick up your needed item from OTV.
