Myrna is the rudest person. She cancelled my appointment last minute just because I mentioned if any discounts. Who does that? I even called and was very nice to her. She started screaming at me. I hope she gets the worst in her life

Do not book an appointment with Myrna if your hair requires any amount of challenge or creativity. I bought a Groupon for balayage or partial highlight, cut, deep conditioning and style. I made an appointment and drove to the salon on appointment day. Myrna wouldn’t even touch my hair because it has faded blue colour in it. I didn’t ask for a miracle or anything extreme. Myrna said she didn’t have enough training or experience. What a waste of my time and so disappointing. Get with the times.
