The gentleman who took my grandmothers gold chain in to repair a link was not up front about the cost of replacing a single small link $46.00 When I explained that I was upset because he had told me that the cost of the link was $22.00 when I left it to be repaired he told me to "settle down dear" and was incredibly condescending. His suggestion was he refund my money after cutting the chain apart...wow. Unfortunate as I used to get all of my repairs done there...:(
