I cancelled my mom’s Bell service because I only use my cell phone. The next day they sent people to my house, “Why you cancel Bell?” Now they’re calling me every night! Seriously? Stop it!
I have been in contact with Bell several times due to no TV service for 4 months now.
Despite having contacted Bell CS and the Tech departments, these issues have not been resolved and I am still being billed for services they have not been able to provide.
I have just spoken to Katia, a supervisor to discuss this and a $64 adjustment is all I am entitled to since they show no notes in their system about the issues.
How is that even possible.
Such poor service from Bell!!!
