RBC Banque Royale Succursales

29/08 at 4:40 pm commercial window was closed. I asked the manager she said they did not use it for about 2 years. they close at 5, while at the same shopping mall and the same hour TD is open and close at 6. I did not like the managing of the branch, manager was not convincing and long line-up. I waited 20 minutes to get to the personal counter, although I was for commercial banking. RBC #1 !!!!???? in what !!!???

Worst financial institution I've ever stepped foot in. Always a huge line up. Very poor customer service. It's not the first time. Either staff is slow and incompetent or absolutely need more tellers to address the needs of the bank.
