Ce Mardi 19-04-2022 J'ai été superbement accueilli et pris en charge par madame HAJER Son calme surtout, a attiré mon attention malgré le grand achalandage qu'il avait au comptoir. BRAVOOOO !!!!!

I don’t recommend this place. Very slow and bad costumer service. I went there to receive a payment from a friend who borrowed me money and it took me more than an hour before I was called. When I came I am next to the one in the counter but, common more than an hour wait! The tellers frequently went to the back behind the counters and hide there for several minutes. The worst place.

Very bad costumer service. I went there yesterday night to incash my check from work. It took them 45 minutes to verify the check and after that the teller ask me if I want it in cash or e-transfer. So I choose to have it by e-transfer only to find out that it the transfer might took an hour before I can receive it. If the teller should have told me that it will take an hour or so, I would have chosen to have it in cash. I believed they should inform the costumer before doing something.
