Touchette Pneus et Mécanique (Succ. St-Laurent)

After I'd been a loyal customer of Touchette for 7 years, had them do all maintenance and service on two cars during that time, spent many thousands of dollars on repairs there and bought multiple sets of tires from them, they refused to install my winter tires this year because I had bought a new car that came with winter tires. They say they won't install tires unless you buy from them. I guess I was supposed to throw out the tires that came with the car and buy new ones from Touchette.

Je ne conseille réellement pas cette compagnie à qui que ce soit pour les raisons suivantes: 1 - On m'a oublier de m'ajouter à leur horaire de travail. 2 - On m'a déjà inscrit à une mauvaise date. 3 - On m'a déjà changer des pièces sans mon consentement. Je me répète encore de nouveau, je ne vous conseille absolument pas cette compagnie.

On a changé le starter il y a 1 mois et je retombe en panne. Le starter qu'on a posé est défectueux! Une autre fois, on m'a chargé pour de l'azote alors que c'était de l'air ordinaire.

HORRIBLE! Do not go to Touchette. They installed my summer tires on the wrong way (front tires in the back and back tires in the front) and now I have to pay for new tires because of their mistake. They do not assume any responsibility. Never going back there again.

2 écrous n'étaient pas serrer du tout et une 3 orme pas correctement. Un des deux mécano semblait hangover

They are very friendly and the helped me select my new winter tires for my new car. Competitive prices too.
