Avoid at all costs

Brought my two dogs there. Both were to get face, tail and private areas trimmed. My 4 month old puppy that was 3 inches of fluffy hair, came out completely bald with a lion cut, its the middle of winter byebye house training as shes now freezing even indoors and now refuses to let us know. The other has his balls shaved, eyes & ears trimmed and basically looks like she took the razor one straight line on his butt crack, tails not trimmed at all.

The owner is very rude and always has an attitude. She argued about the cut my dog was supposed to have and then just shaved him down. Won't be using her anymore.

I brought my dog to get his nails cut the lady was rude with me and the dog also she scared him so much that he pooped on her table ,he tried to bite her when my dog never bits (at all),and she traumatised him and me so I don't recommende them at all I hate it .
