I am 73, living alone and running out of food. For 2 days I am trying to place an order with IGA Cavendish. Yesterday I had to wait 7 hours to get access to IGA site. At the end my payment info was declined for no reason. Tried again today with the same result. My delivery date expired again. Tried to call for clarifications; IGA lady left me unattended on the line and then hung up. I know everybody is stressed out nowadays but it should not turn civilized people into heartless animals.
ordered the brisket, rice and veggies at lunchtime today and paid 13$. I started eating it and realized there was no taste. I kindly brought it back and explained to the woman at the cash (at food counter) that I didn't think they should serve that batch and she told me I should buy something else. Very disappointed with my experience and will NOT be returning.
Horrible service! Horrible staff! Horrible management! Avoid at ALL costs! I have never been so poorly treated by a retail establishment in my entire life.
