Transport en commun (CITSO)

Rude bus driver closed the door in my and another individual’s face as we quickly arrived at the bus the second the clock hit the departure time (verified both my phone time and the clock at the station). I find it ironic how this service can consistently and reliably arrive late but god forbid leaving literally 10 seconds after the clock hits the departure time. Really wish there was an alternative to this service. Also, complaints do nothing, they barely answer their phone, or simply ignore it
