Dishonest people, do not buy here! I purchased a portable air conditioner. I was told it was a brand new out of the box unit. It was 100% used and/or refurbished. Upon unwrapping the shrink wrap, it was scratched all over and certainly was used. The air that came out smelled like smoke and mold. I asked if the remote control and parts were included, they answered absolutely yes. The remote was missing, they refused to give me one or compensate me. They are 100% dishonest, don't shop here!
