Schembri Property Management

I bought a condo in Waterloo as a pre-build with a two year property management 'incentive', with Schembri being said management company. It was an absolute nightmare. Without my knowledge (I initially found out through the utility company), they signed a tenant to my property under a three year lease and at almost $1000 under current rental rates. Rent cheques from the company were consistently late, leading to multiple follow-ups with their revolving door staff. Avoid this group.
