Paderno Cookware Factory Store

I inquired about Wustoff kitchen knives (the store carried only Henkel and Paderno knives) and the young store mgr said he had never heard of Wustoff knives. I told him they were a direct competitor of Henkel knives ...exceptional quality and among the strongest knives available to buy. He seemed to think and, in my opinion, conveyed the impression that I was an old fool that didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about. I felt insulted and minimalized at his complete indifference to me.
