I would give no stars if that was an option. after a year of used oil collection, and no cheques received, we cancelled our service. We were then told the $209 owing wouldn't be paid out, as the rate we had paid for our hoods cleaning (six months ago) was a special rate because we were a customer, and so they were going to retroactively charge us more. further to this, I'll add that we've since gone through the service contract and invoices, and there was no record of a special rate, no indica
