I called Dunn Heating for a second opinion on my furnace repairs as advised by another company. The technician came by, took one look at the paper left by the other company, referred me to sales and left. No inspection or service was performed and the tech was there for 30 SECONDS. I had their Sales rep come out to quote which was $1300 higher than the competition. Only to then threaten me with a bill for the "Inspection" that never happened if I didn't choose them.

Excellent service and quality workmanship! I am so pleased that I found Dunn. They made my Central Air so much more efficient by reversing the Return and Supply vents in the upstairs. Now the cool air is evenly distributed throughout the house. I had originally called to have a unit installed, but they saved me about $3000 and even moved my furnace to create more room in my basement. Wow!

Absolutely great service at a reasonable price! Grant and Alex were extremely timely, helpful and knowledgeable. I will be turning to Dunn Heating and Air Conditioning for all of my future HVAC needs and will recommend them to all my friends.

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Had limited spacing to run duct work and was informed by other companies the only way to do it was with an ugly bulk head. Dunn heating came up with a clever and efficient way to the solution, at a more than competitive rate - well done, Dunn!

I can say that Dann came quickly to diagnose my noisy furnace. The problem is that they charged me $605 before tax to replace a Venter assembly, which surpisingly only took the technician 10 minutes to replace. When the tech gave me a ballpark to replace it, I assumed he would be there for hours based on the cost. Later on I looked up the price of the Venter and found the retail cost to be $300, which means they charged me $305 for 10 mins of labour and a little travel time.
