Worse customer service experience I have ever had...tried to get my car fixed after receiving a call back letter from Nissan. Service person and management I dealt with lied!!!! Also, I overheard someone calling me a "broad" and the service staff laughing about it. In addition, sales manager lied and stated he was the GM, meanwhile, the staff member beside him told me he wasn't the GM and gave me the actual person's name when he left the room. When I called him on this, this infuriated him....
