Very unprofessional recruiter for Focus Groups.

She e-mailed me with a reply to an inquiry about a student loan focus group. She wrote in the e-mail (that was received at 2:25pm) that her "colleague" would call me in a few minutes regarding joining the focus group that night. I already have 3-4 hours from receiving her e-mail to get into Toronto and their was no reply. I then e-mail her two hours later and no reply. The then calls me; after I asked her why I wasn't called when she said I would be called, she says that I am rude and hangs up.
