The company took my money for a 10-year warranty instead of the default 5, then charged me extra each year to maintain the labour portion of it, and now, when a replacement part is needed under warranty, I found out from the manufacturer that L&S did not register my equipment within 60 days of the installation. Neither they nor the manufacturer will honour the extended warranty.
