Had the worst experience today Aug 29/20.I bought jogging pants (Daughter), when she tried it on it was too small.I asked to exchange and she refused.I explained that everyone was ok in our cottage and to please consider the exchange and the older lady (short white hair) kept refusing.I asked to speak to the manager and she declined my request 3 times. She said that the owner was out of town and she wouldn’t contact them. If I could I’d give 0 stars.Worst customer experience ever
