    When the car should be returned, no one calls client and the attitude is so terrible. Only 2 hours dealyed they charged full day rather than OT.

    Being a Canadian and looking to make a reservation for a car rental, I am being charged in USD. This means, I will also incur fees at the bank for exchanging USD to CAD in addition to the actual fee for the "service". After speaking to the customer representative, it was confirmed that there was no way I could make the booking using CAD. Slightly annoyed!
