Got a dishwasher it was damage in the box bought a fridge it was damaged in the box was supposed to order new parts it’s been 2 months didn’t get the new fridge door yet don’t buy anything at Lowe’s terrible service
Caring people who helped me out. Great customer service was number one on their mind yesterday. I travelled 1 1/2 hours, bought a snow blower from them. Had a questionable problem with it when got home with it. They not only tried to figure out the problem with manuals and such, plus ended up returning it for another new one. They offered to pay $75 to help pay for my gas and time to return it. What a awesome experience this was although it was a long day, there and back twice. Thanks
I purchase a lot of material, for my work from them. I totally disagree with any negitive comments. I shop at many of our local building material stores and haven't had a bad experience which was righted by this store, there dedication to giving good customer service is exceptional. Everyone may have a bad day once in awhile but I find more rude customers then employees in this store. There staff seem to be knowledgable, curtious, and helpful. I love shopping here and prefer it to Home Depot.
My husband and I met with Christine in the kitchen department on Thurs November 26 2015. We gave her the measurements of our kitchen which we are planning to completely redo. She told us to get back to her in a week and she would have a plan. We went to see her on Thursday Dec. 3 and she couldn't even find the information, she told us to make an appointment in a week and come back. Lowes just lost the sale of a complete kitchen and appliances. We went to Home Depot who had a plan in min.
