Stoney creek location. Horrible customer service. Negative attitude Brittany. You were quick to say NO we don’t sell parts but you have the water filter I was looking for. Isn’t it a part?? How about thanking the customer for the business instead “here you go” is not going to create customer loyalty.

Horrible customer services with a huge backup of LIARS in sales. They convinced me to pay for all my appliances in full with a guarantee that I will be getting them in one month. I made payment in December 2020 and they assured me I will be getting it by the end of January 2021. They pushed the delivery date to February then March and as of today(March 16) they said June 2021. Nobody follows up with you to let you know they have changed the delivery date.

Mike (sales person) suggested I call another store because this appliance may take a couple of weeks to arrive. I ordered anyway, BUT it was never ordered and he admitted to throwing out my order information. Mentioned he was embarassed, but NEVER once appologized. When he asked for my credit card again, I questioned what if it was already done and under the wrong phone number or something and said I was not very confident in the process. He said well then go elsewhere, just go.... So I went.

I contacted the Stoney Creek store, electronically with a question. Joseph responded very quickly He answered all my questions and then suggested that since my location would result in expensive delivery charges that I shop locally but be sure to ask for the energy rebate. I did purchase locally and thanks to Josephs suggestion, saved over $200 due to the rebate. Thanks and I will shop at this store when I am in the area.

I check out prices but always end up at Goemans. Most recent purchase was a dishwasher. Salesman was friendly and efficient, no pressure to buy, knowledgeable. I’d done a lot of research so knew pretty much what I wanted. I purchased unit on Saturday, delivered Tuesday. Installed Wednesday. Delivery people and installers were great. This is a great company to deal with and best of all its local.

Rocco, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions about every single appliance and helped us meet all our needs within our budget. We would highly recommend him and Goemans to everyone.

We had excellent informed service from the time we walked into the showroom and talked with Beth. The sales experience was simple, straight-forward and free of any pressure. The delivery was on-time and handled by courteous and professional delivery personnel. Post delivery service for our question was handled quickly and with our concerns at the fore-front. We will use Goeman's again in the future!

Excellent, friendly, informed service to me in buying my microwave. Brett assisted me, both on the phone and after when I went into the store to buy. I liked the continuity of having the same person assist me whom I spoke with on the phone--most stores don't do this, and you end up having to repeat your list of needs, all over again, at the store!
