Shoppers Drug Mart The Pen Centre

Very happy with the service I've received at this store. I have a great relationship with the pharmacists there, especially the pharmacy owner, and have definitely had a much different experience than the other reviewer. Will continue to get my family's prescriptions filled here!

Very disappointed...

Very disappointed in the custom service of the pharmacy owner. She was very rude and acted in an inappropriate way when dealing with a customer. I do not think I will ever be going back to this pharmacy ever again, or any Shoppers location. But with all of this being said, the ladies who work the cash registers are some of the nicest cash workers I've met! Always smiling and striking up small talk to make you feel welcome!
