Thanks to Vianet I finally have high speed fibre optic at my rural residence. I finally bid adieu to the ridiculously high cost of mediocre cell based internet provided by Roger's and Bell. Also ditched my Bell Satellite. Saving me over $800 a month.

Terrible service internet goes down for no reason & they tell u they cant get u a time when a tech can come out not happy with there service terrible customer service & the girls that answer the phone r Very ignorant too there customers not impressed at all Beware !!! When your net goes down !!!!

Switched to vianet fibre internet and we love it! Speed is great and reliable

Slow, slow, slow. Frustrating. Try a different provider if you have choices. Loading a page quite often times out.

Unreliable service, untruthful customer support, this is what to expect from Vianet. If you have an option to go with any other internet provider, do so.
