I would suggest you take your business somewhere else! I purchased an IP TV box & 1 year service from them. The box crashed the very next day. I unsuccessfully attempted to get a refund within a week of purchase; instead they exchanged the box but it too has many bugs. Long story short, they are unable to resolve technical problems but they also refuse to give me a refund. I am being told to talk to the owner who is always not available when I visit/call the store. Frustrate!

Issues left from another worker required me to take the machine to another one of their shop. At said shop they did not repair temp issues, only noise issues. After 2 yrs when I realized the water cooling THEY supplied may not be working , and contacted them for my billing information to RMA the product to Corsair. They told me sure, call with purchase date. Upon calling back, they told me they would not be able to help & refused to comment. Update 09-06 The owner has even called to harass me
